Target: customers are already familiar, the focus is on product promotion, promoting our newly developed home baking, home barbecuing, and home party supplies, eco-friendly and bundled packages as the main product line.

Prepare catalogs (handled by Liping) Prepare 5 complete catalogs, list all our existing products, and let Liping redesign the catalog.
Prepare Company PPT (handled by Cassie).
Book hotel: ICO Hilton Hotel (handled by Xiangxiang)

9: 00: Pick up the customers at the hotel at
10:00: Arrive at the company, since it is an office there is not much to visit, the customers have been with us for 6 years and are already familiar, so there is no need to introduce the company, mainly focus on product recommendations.
12:00: Lunch around
14:00 Continue discussing samples around
18:00: Dinner time: dinner time, pre-book the meal, discuss with Galen if they prefer hotpot or seafood!
22:00: Finished the meeting and customer back to hotel End at around 10 pm and send the customers back to the hotel!
